Removal



3.1 Remove the air filter housing.

3.2. Loosen the belt tension. To do this, you should follow these steps.

3.2.1. Turn the tensioner (1) counterclockwise, overcoming the resistance of the tension spring.

3.2.2. Install the locking pin (2) into the hole to fix the movable part (1) of the tensioner relative to the fixed part (3) in this position of the roller (4).

3.3. Remove the poly V-belt.

Caution: When turning the tensioner, do not apply excessive force to the key to avoid damaging the front cylinder block cover.


Installation



3.4. Install the poly V-belt, starting with the tension roller.

3 5 Activate the spring tensioner. To do this, you should follow these steps.

3. 5.1. Turn the base (1) of the tension roller (4) slightly counterclockwise to release the locking pin (2).

3. 5.2. Remove the locking pin (2).

3.5.3. Smoothly, holding the tensioner from sudden movement, turn it clockwise until it is stopped by the tensioned belt.
