Pic. 6.54. Changing the transmission fluid and automatic transmission oil filter:
1. Drain tube,
2. Drain plug,
3. Automatic transmission pan,
4. Lid,
5. Oil filler neck,
6. Cork,
7. Oil filter,
8. O-ring,
9. Rubber sealing ring.
3. Unscrew the drain tube 1 from the drain plug hole in the sump and drain the transmission fluid.
4. Remove covers 4 from the oil filler neck 5. Remove plug 6.
5. Screw the drain tube 1 into the drain plug hole and screw it in.
6. Remove pan 3 and replace oil filter 7.
7. Install tray 3.
8. Attach a tester and determine the actual oil temperature.
9. Start the engine.
10. Apply the parking brake lever and shift gears by holding the gear selector lever in each position for a few seconds. Then set the gear selector lever to the position "R".
11. Screw in drain plug 2.
12. With the engine running at idle speed, allow the transmission fluid to warm up to a temperature of 35 - 45°C.
13. Check the transmission fluid level while the engine is running.
14. Screw in drain plug 2.
15. Press plug 6 onto oil filler neck 5.
Transmission oil volumes:
- first filling - 5.5 l;
- oil change - 3.5 l.
