Removal



1. Remove the air filter.

2. Drain the coolant.

3. Remove the support bar 6 and secure it to the side (see figure 2.105).

1. Pipe to the coolant pump,
2. Pipe to the cylinder block,
3. Oil radiator,
4. Sealing,
5. Crankcase ventilation tube,
6. Support bar,
7. Shock absorber,
8. Bolt with gasket,
9. Coolant pipe.


4. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation pipe 5 from the power steering bracket.

5. Disconnect the M35 cruise control drive and secure it to the side along with the wiring.

6. Unscrew the bolt with the gasket 8 and move the shock absorber of the tensioner 7 of the generator drive belt to the side.

7. Remove the cooling system hose 9.

8. Disconnect pipe 1 from the coolant pump and pipe 2 from the cylinder block.

9. Unscrew the bolts (arrows) securing the timing chain drive cover. The bolts cannot be reused.

10. Remove the oil cooler 3.

Installation



11. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Check the pipes and their fastening clamps; replace them if necessary. Check the coolant and oil levels and adjust them if necessary.
