Disassembly
1. Remove the guide plate 2 by unscrewing the bolts 1 (figure 4.12).

2. Remove the secondary shaft retaining ring 3 (figure 4.13).

3. Press out bearing 4 of the secondary shaft (figure 4.14).

4. Unscrew plugs 11 and 8 of the filler and drain holes with seals 10 and 12 (figure 4.15).

5. Remove the retaining ring 7 and plug 9 of the inductive sensor (figure 4.16).

6. Remove the outer ring 5 of the tapered roller bearing using pullers 01 and 02 (figure 4.17).

Assembly
7. Heat the seat under the outer ring of the tapered roller bearing to 100°C and press in the outer ring 5 of the tapered roller bearing (figure 4.18). After cooling, press it in completely. The gearbox cover must be in a horizontal position.

8. Further assembly is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
