Removal



1. Remove the gearbox.

Disassembly



2. Remove the protective cover 8 (figure 4.6).

3. Remove finger 1.

4. Remove the lower part of the gear shift lever.

5. Unscrew bolts 9.

6. Remove the guide plate 6 of the gear shift fork.

7. Remove the guide flange.

8. Remove the radial seal of shaft 12 using a screwdriver. Do not damage the gearbox housing.

9. Remove the pulse generator 11.

10. Remove the PTO output flange using a wrench and puller.

11. Remove bearing cover 17 from the power take-off box.

12. Remove output shaft 14 of the power take-off box.

13. Remove drive 23.

14. Unscrew the bolts 7 securing the reverse gear shaft.

15. Install the gearbox housing into the puller during disassembly.

16. Unscrew the bolts 5 securing the rear cover to the gearbox housing.

17. Disconnect the front part 3 of the housing from the lower part 4 of the gearbox. Use a wooden mallet to separate them. Do not use a screwdriver to disconnect.

18. Remove the shaft and reverse gear pinion. To do this, turn shaft 10 with gear counterclockwise (arrow) and pull them up (figure 4.7). Measure the length "A" of your finger and compare it with the required length (figure 4.8). Length A of the reverse gear shaft pin: 46.15 mm.

Assembly



19. Insert shaft 10 with your finger into the hole in the rear cover of the gearbox housing and rotate it counterclockwise (arrow) until it touches the secondary shaft (figure 4.7). Rotate shaft 10 until the threaded hole aligns with the hole in the front of the gearbox housing.



20. Adjust the intermediate shaft axial clearance.

21. Further assembly is carried out in the reverse order of disassembly.

Installation



22. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
