2. Install in «0» indicator with 3 mm interference on the measuring disc (051), - height of the measuring disk (051) regulated.
3. Install the roller bearing outer race (46b) on the inner ring of the drive gear (47) and install the magnetic disk (052c).
4. Insert the drive gear into the gauge plate and measure the height of the drive gear with tapered roller bearing and magnetic disk.
5. Determine the difference between «IN 1» and height «IN». Record the resulting value (e.g. 1.79 mm).
6. Read the main deviation «a» pinion gear («+» or «-») and write it down (e.g. +0.06 mm).
7. Depending on the prefix («+» or «-») the value for the pinion is plus (If «+») or taken away (If «-»).
8. Insert the meter (051b) into the gearbox housing. Screw it in.
9. Insert the left (052e) (outside inside) and right (052d) (from inside to outside) measuring rings into the gear housing until it stops.
10. Install the gauge (052a) with the measuring finger into the measuring device (052), - the measuring finger is screwed into the measuring part (052b).
11. Install the measuring piece (052b) into the measuring device and zero the indicator with a 2 mm interference. When tightening the bolt, the indicator should be zeroed.
12. Insert a measuring device into the left hole in the gearbox housing.
measure distance «A» between the regulator and the front of the meter
051b - Meter; A1 - Distance between the regulator and the front side of the meter; В1 - Meter height; M - Gear center
1. Measure the distance «A» between the regulator and the front of the meter and record the positive reading («+») or negative («-») direction (for example, received - 0.01 mm and negative direction). The positive or negative direction depends on the rotation of the indicator. Direction of rotation, from the neutral position, counterclockwise defines the negative direction, clockwise defines the positive direction.
2. Determine the gasket thickness:
distance between height «IN 1» and height «IN» = 1.79 mm + Basic deviation «a» pinion gear (0.06mm) = 1.85 mm + Difference «A1» between the regulator and the front of the meter (0.01mm) = Gasket thickness (1.86 mm).
3. Remove the measuring device and measuring rings from the gearbox. Remove the meter. Insert a spacer of a certain thickness into the gearbox.
