Removal
1. Remove the gearbox.
2. Remove the lever 10 and bearing 11 of the clutch release (figure 4.9).
3. Loosen the mounting bolts 9 of the thrust plate 8. Unscrew the bolts by approximately 4 mm so that the pins 5 are released.
4. Remove guide plate 4 as an assembly.
Disassembly
5. Remove cover 2 with sealing ring 3.
6. Unscrew bolts 9.
7. Remove the thrust plate 8 with the sealing ring 7.
8. Remove pins 5 from guide plate 4.
9. Remove balls 6 from thrust plate 8.
Assembly
10. Insert balls 6 into thrust plate 8. Lubricate the balls before installation.
11. Insert pins 5 into guide plate 4. Lubricate the pins before installation.
12. Insert sealing ring 7 into thrust plate 8. Replace the sealing ring.
13. Screw the thrust plate 8 onto the guide plate 4 with bolts 9.
14. Insert sealing ring 3 into guide plate 4.
15. Install cover 2 on guide plate 4.
Installation
16. Install guide plate 4 as an assembly.
17. Tighten the mounting bolts 9 on the thrust plate 8.
18. Install lever 10 with bearing 11 for releasing the clutch.
19. Install the gearbox into place.
