Removal



1. Remove the cylinder head cover 1 (figure 3.8a,b).

2. Remove clamp 3 and rocker arm assembly 4.

On engines up to number 039739



3. Remove the double-sided rocker arms 5 (figure 3.8a). Measure the protrusion A of the guide pin 7 above the cylinder head. It should be 25.1-25.5 mm.

4. Remove the 7 valve stem covers and the 5 intake valve rocker arms (figure 3.8b).

Installation



5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
