Removal



1. Remove compressed air supply pipe 4 from manifold 1 (figure 3.3).

2. Remove the cylinder head cover.

3. Remove decorative panels 14.1 or 14.2 from manifold 1.1 or 1.2.

4. Disconnect wiring connectors 15.1 or 15.2 from the compressed air temperature and pressure sensors.

5. Unscrew bolts 12 securing shield 16,

6. Unscrew bolts 2 and remove manifold 1.

7. Remove and replace gasket 13

8. Remove the compressed air pressure sensor B 13 (on engines 904.904/908 up to number 040487).

9. Remove the temperature sensor । compressed air B9 (on engines 904.904/908 up to number 040487).

10. Remove the compressed air temperature/pressure sensor 17 (on engines 904.904/908, starting with number 040488, and 904.914/923/936).

Installation



11. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
