- if the fluid level in the system stops decreasing after a short engine start, leave the engine running;
- quickly turn the steering wheel several times in one direction and then the other to force the air out of the cylinder. However, you should not turn the steering wheel too much. It will be enough if when turning in both directions the power steering piston does not quite reach the stop;
- during this operation, monitor the liquid level in the tank. If it decreases, the liquid should be immediately topped up and kept at the Max mark. After topping up, the cap should be tightened. Continue this process until air bubbles stop appearing in the reservoir when turning the steering wheel from one side to the other.
