- unscrew the plug (pic. 263) jar and take it out. To check how to wipe the dipstick and insert into the filler hole, then remove and determine the level. The normal fluid level must be between the Min and Max marks;
- Check the seal on the reservoir cap and replace if necessary. Screw in the plug again. The fluid level in the power steering system should be checked every time the engine oil level is checked. However, one should not forget about routine checks. When filling, make sure that no foreign objects get into the open tank - this can lead to malfunctions.
