When changing the oil, the following operations must be performed:
- before changing, take a short drive to warm up the oil;

- place the car on supports and unscrew the drain plug 2 with a 14 mm Allen key (figure 240). Before unscrewing the plug, thoroughly clean the surrounding surface. The oil may be hot, so use caution;
- clean the gearbox cover and unscrew the oil filler plug 1;
- rinse the drain plug and tighten it again to a torque of 80–100 N·m;
- pour oil into the rear axle. Depending on the type of axle installed, 1.5 to 1.8 liters of oil is required. However, it is important that the level reaches the lower edge of the filler hole. It is best to use an oil syringe for filling;
- thoroughly rinse the oil filler plug and tighten it to a torque of 80–100 N·m.
