However, you can bleed the clutch hydraulic drive yourself, through the brake system. Attach a hose to the air bleed nipple located on the front caliper of the disc wheel brake mechanism. The hose should be transparent and long enough to connect the air bleed nipples from the brake system and the clutch hydraulic drive.
Sequence of works
1. Raise the front of the vehicle and support the front of the vehicle on stands.
2. Remove the lower engine guard.
3. Fill the brake fluid reservoir to the "MAX" mark.
4. Remove the dust caps from the bleed nipples on the slave cylinder and front disc brake caliper. Carefully loosen the bleed nipples. Attach the hose to the nipple located on the front disc brake caliper.
5. Fill the hose with brake fluid. To do this, carefully open the nipple on the caliper. Slowly press the brake pedal (performed by an assistant) and hold it pressed. Close the air bleed nipple and release the brake pedal. Repeat the operation until the hose is completely filled with brake fluid.
6. Place the other end of the hose, closed with your finger, onto the nipple for bleeding air from the clutch hydraulic drive working cylinder, and open both nipples.
7. Ask the assistant to depress the brake pedal again, close the air bleed nipple on the caliper and release the brake pedal.
8. Repeat the operation until no more air bubbles come out with the brake fluid. If necessary, top up the brake fluid level in the reservoir.
9. Close the air bleed nipples on the clutch slave cylinder and on the disc brake caliper. Remove the hose and install the dust caps.
