Double cone synchronizing mechanism (Mercedes-Benz Vito W639)

The double-cone synchronising gear engagement mechanism is used in the SG-S 250 and SG-S 270 versions to engage gears 1 through 4, and in the SG-S 370 and SG-S 400 versions to engage gears 3 and 4. The friction lining is secured to the friction ring.
