Registration of the accelerator pedal position and transmission of information to the engine control unit.

Design



The accelerator pedal position sensor contains two Hall sensors, two magnets, an electronic circuit and a return spring.

Operating principle



Changing the direction of the magnetic flux (vector B) causes a change in the signal voltage.

The pedal position signal is transmitted in duplicate to compensate for possible errors.
