Removal



1. Remove the cylinder head.

2. Remove the injector holder assembly.

3. Remove cover 1 from cylinder head 10 (figure 3.15). Replace sealing ring 2.

4. Insert sleeve 11 between the valve disc and the base. The height of the sleeve is 5.3 mm.

5. Using pliers 12, remove piston 4.

6. Check the seal 3 of piston 4.

7. Remove crackers 5 by compressing the spring with puller 15.

8. Compress spring 7 and remove spring retainers 6 and 8.

9. Turn over cylinder head 10 and remove valve 9.

Installation



10. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
