Removal
1. Remove the air filter 18 (figure 2.69).
2. Remove the inlet pipe 20.
3. Remove compressed air supply pipes 9 and 19.
4. Remove the connecting tube 6.
5. Disconnect vacuum tube 2 from pressure unit 7.
6. Unscrew the bolts securing the oil injection pipe 5 from the turbocharger 1. Replace the sealing rings 4.
7. Remove the bolts securing the exhaust pipe to the turbocharger 1. Replace the bolts, nuts and gaskets.
8. Unscrew the bolts securing the drain oil lines 10 and 11. Replace the gasket 14 and sealing ring 13.
9. Disconnect turbocharger 1 from the exhaust manifold. Replace the mounting nuts.
Installation
10. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
