Removal
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Remove the generator drive belt.
3. Unscrew nut 7, remove washer 6 and wire D+ 5 (figure 2.86).
4. Unscrew nut 9, remove washer 8 and wire B+ 10.
5. Turn impeller 1 so that bolt 2 and the recess on the impeller are aligned.
6. Unscrew bolts 2 and 3 and remove generator 4.
Installation
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
