Turbocharger installation details
60 - Exhaust gas recirculation valve; 60a, 119a - Bolts; 60b, 139d - Gaskets; 61 - Corrugated pipes; 110a - Branch pipe; 119, 144 - Clamps; 134, 177 - Brackets; 134a - Nut; 135 - Mixing tube; 137 - Turbocharger; 138 - Intake manifold; 138a - Compressed air supply pipe; 139 - Catalyst; 141 - Oil injection line; 167 - Air intake pipe


Removal



1. Remove the lower engine guard.

2. Remove the air filter.

3. Loosen the clamp (144) of the air flow meter and disconnect the air inlet pipe (167).

4. Remove the partition (A) (9 bolts, 6 on top and 3 on the bottom).

5. Disconnect the vacuum lines from the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve.



6. Loosen the clamps (B) of the corrugated pipe and remove it.

7. Unscrew the catalytic converter from the exhaust manifold, remove it and the support bracket.

8. Remove the compressed air supply connection pipe (138a).

9. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose.

10. Disconnect the mixing tube (135) with the exhaust gas recirculation valve from the cylinder head.

11. Unscrew the oil delivery pipe (141) from the turbocharger. Loosen both support brackets (134) on the exhaust manifold and turbocharger. Loosen the upper exhaust pipe mounting bolts.

12. Loosen the bolts securing the lower part of the outlet flange.

13. Unscrew the bracket (177) from the generator flange to the turbocharger on both sides.

14. Remove the turbocharger.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
