Turbocharger Installation Details
60 - Exhaust gas recirculation valve; 60a, 119a - Bolts; 60b, 139d - Gaskets; 61 - Corrugated pipes; 110a - Branch pipe; 119, 144 - Clamps; 134, 177 - Brackets; 134a - Nut; 135 - Mixing tube; 137 - Turbocharger; 138 - Inlet pipeline; 138a - Compressed air supply pipe; 139 - Catalyst; 141 - Pumping oil pipeline; 167 - Air inlet tube
Removing
1. Remove the bottom motor guard.
2. Remove the air filter.
3. Loosen clamp (144) air flow meter and disconnect the air inlet pipe (167).
4. Remove the baffle (A) (9 bolts, 6 on top and 3 on bottom).
5. Disconnect the vacuum tubes from the EGR valve (EGR).
6. Loosen clamps (IN) corrugated pipe and remove it.
7. Turn away the catalyst from a final collector, remove it and a basic arm.
8. Remove the compressed air connection (138a).
9. Disconnect a branch pipe of ventilation of a crankcase.
10. Disconnect mixing tube (135) with an exhaust gas recirculation valve from the cylinder head.
11. Unscrew the oil injection line (141) from the turbocharger. Loosen both support brackets (134) on the exhaust manifold and turbocharger. Loosen the top exhaust pipe mounting bolts.
12. Loosen the bolts securing the bottom of the outlet flange.
13. Unscrew the bracket (177) from the generator flange to the turbocharger on both sides.
14. Remove the turbocharger.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
