Removal
1. Remove the lower engine cover 1 (figure 2.63).
2. Remove finger 3.
3. Unscrew the front bumper 2 from the bracket and remove it.
4. Remove the radiator grille 4.
5. Remove the decorative panel 5 below the radiator grille.
6. Drain the coolant.
7. Disconnect the wiring connectors from the intake air temperature sensor.
8. Disconnect the inlet pipe 8 from the air filter.
9. Disconnect pipes 7 and 9 from the turbocharger.
10. Disconnect the tubes from the expansion tank and the upper and lower pipes from the radiator.
11. Unscrew the front beam mounting bolts.
12. Remove the front beam together with the radiator 6.
Installation
13. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
