Removal
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Remove the radiator with the front grille (engines 602.980).

4. Remove the fan shroud.
5. Remove the fan.
6. Remove the generator drive belt.
7. Unscrew bolts 6 and remove the coolant pump pulley (figure 2.62).
8. Loosen bolts 4 and unscrew them.
9. Pull tensioner roller 1 fully back.
10. Remove coolant pump 3 together with gasket 2.
Installation
11. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Cooling system capacity: 10.0 l.
