- brake the car with a parking brake and engage first or reverse gear;
- under the wheel, located diagonally from the one being removed, put a bar;
- loosen all wheel bolts;
- raise the car with a jack from the right side;

- take out the spare wheel. Its location is shown in the instruction manual. Owners of used cars often don't have a manual. Therefore, below is a description of the three possible locations for the spare wheel (pic. 340a, 340b and 341). If this is your first time doing this, keep the following in mind:
- in fig. 340a shows the mounting of a spare wheel in minibuses. To remove it, open the rear doors, use a wheelbrace to unscrew the bolts 1 of the bearing element of the holder 2 of the wheel and lower the holder. Take the carrier to the side and remove the wheel;

- in fig. 340b shows the spare wheel mount on a flatbed vehicle - it is located under the frame at the rear. To remove, unscrew the wing nuts by hand, and the fastening nuts with a suitable wrench. Raise the holder 1 slightly, move the bearing element 2 aside and remove the wheel;

- in fig. 341 also shows the mounting of the spare wheel located under the platform on the flatbed vehicle. To remove, unscrew the mounting bolts, move the wheel to the side and unscrew the holder.
Note. When mounting a damaged wheel to the spare wheel storage place, place the wheel with the disc down. For safety reasons, the spare wheel mounting must be checked regularly.
Further wheel replacement is carried out as follows:
- unscrew the wheel bolts;
Attention! It is often necessary to remove the wheel on the road near the drain hatches, so be careful not to lose the unscrewed bolt. If possible, move the car slightly forward.
- remove the wheel and install a spare wheel on the hub;
- screw the bolt closest to the wheel valve by hand so that the wheel snaps into place. Tighten the rest of the bolts;
- firmly tighten the bolts crosswise, turning the wheel so that it is properly centered on the hub;
- lower the car and tighten the bolts to a torque of 160–180 Nm. Do not over-tighten to dislodge the brake drum or pads - this can lead to uneven braking and tire wear;
- in any case, check the tightness of the bolts after a few kilometers.
