At the service station, a special device is used to bleed the hydraulic system. In the description below, the hydraulic brake actuator is used to bleed the clutch hydraulic system. To perform the work, a piece of a transparent hose of the appropriate diameter with a length of 1 m is required.
Check the brake fluid level in the reservoir and top up if necessary.
Put the hose on the bleeder valve on the right front caliper and open the bleeder valve.
The assistant should press the brake pedal until the hose is filled with brake fluid and air bubbles stop emitting.
Put the free end of the hose on the connection for pumping the working cylinder and open the connection.
Alternating pressing the brake pedal, closing the bleeder valve, releasing the pedal, opening the bleeder, etc. until the release of air bubbles in the tank stops.
Close the bleeder plugs on the caliper and on the working cylinder, remove the hose.
Check the operation of the clutch actuator by engaging the reverse gear with the engine running. Check tightness of connections.
Add brake fluid to the reservoir up to the mark "max".
