Check the dimension "a" of the spring in Fig. 167.
Adjust the nut and lock nut on the spring rod.
Check the clearance "b" between the pushrod and the master cylinder piston and adjust if necessary. To do this, loosen the adjusting bolt.
Turn the adjusting bolt so that the gap between the pusher and the piston is 0.1...0.2 mm. The gap cannot be measured, so use only your feeling.
Checking the release system between the slave cylinder pusher and the clutch release sleeve is not required, as it is non-disassemblable.
