The clutch disc for diesel engines is characterized by the installation of an additional damper on the torsion damper to reduce noise when the engine is running at idle speed.
The clutch is installed in the reverse order of removal. When installing, align marks on flywheel and clutch cover. To install the driven disk, a special mandrel or an old transmission drive shaft is used. Put the driven disk on the mandrel and insert the mandrel into the bearing hole in the flywheel.
Screw in the fastening bolts evenly and crosswise and tighten to 20 Nm. Install gearbox.
