The driven clutch disc for diesel engines is distinguished by the installation of an additional damper on the torsional damper to reduce noise when the engine is running at idle speed.
The clutch is installed in the reverse order of removal. When installing, align the marks on the flywheel and clutch housing. A special mandrel or an old gearbox drive shaft is used to install the driven disk. Place the driven disk on the mandrel and insert the mandrel into the bearing hole in the flywheel.
Tighten the mounting bolts evenly crosswise and tighten to 20 Nm. Install the gearbox.
