Removing
1. Turn off the ignition.
Attention! When working on the fuel system, there should be no open flames, incandescent and hot objects nearby. Do not smoke. A fire extinguisher is required. Work in a well-ventilated area as fuel vapors are poisonous. The fuel system is under pressure. When disconnecting its elements, splashing of fuel is possible, so you should work with safety glasses. Be sure to collect leaked fuel with a rag.
2. Remove a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
Attention! This operation deletes codes entered into electronic storage devices such as radio or radio codes.
3. Remove the air filter cross tube.

4. Remove hose 1 (pic. 5.43) crankcase ventilation.
Note. On fig. 5.43 shows an older engine.
5. Disconnect the vacuum hose 4.
6. Unscrew the bolts 12 from the fuel line clamps 11, while the nuts 8 must not fall down.
7. Disconnect the supply 9 and return 11 fuel lines. To do this, unscrew the union nut and unscrew the hollow bolt 13.
Attention! Collect leaked fuel with a rag.
8. Disconnect the connectors from the fuel injectors (arrow above).
9. Turn away bolts 7 and remove plugs 2.
10. Carefully remove the fuel distributor 3 from the intake manifold together with the fuel injectors 6.
Installation
11. Install the fuel distributor 3 with new gaskets 5 on the intake manifold.
12. Insert bushings 2 and screw the fuel distributor with bots.
13. Connect the 6-pin connectors to the fuel injectors and fix them with clips.
14. Screw fuel lines with new sealing rings.
15. Fasten the return fuel line 11 to the fuel distributor with clamps.
16. Connect a hose 1 of system of ventilation of a crankcase of the engine.
17. Install the air filter cross tube.
18. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
19. Set the clock.
20. Enter the radio anti-theft code.
21. Start the engine, warm it up to operating temperature and check the tightness of the fuel line connections.
