Removal



1. Disconnect the adjusting rod 5 (see figure 2.127).

5. Adjusting rod,
6, 8. Connecting rod of the "Tempomat" device,
7. Reverse lever of the "Tempomat" device,
9. Reverse support,
10. Reverse lever,
11. Bolt,
13. Locking ring.
Idle speed control valve,
M35. "Tempomat" device.


2. Disconnect connecting rod 12 from regulator 2 and return lever 10.

3. Disconnect connecting rod 4 from return lever 10 and idle speed drive MZZ.

4. Disconnect connecting rod 6 from return lever 10 and return lever 7.

5. Disconnect the connecting rod 8 from the return lever 7 and the regulator of the "Tempomat" device M35.

6. Remove the 3 adjuster support.

7. Remove the return support 9 from the intake manifold.

Installation



8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Adjust the idle speed drive and the "Tempomat" device.
