Removal
1. Remove the engine together with the subframe.
2. Drain the fluid from the steering gear.
3. Disconnect from the refrigerant pressure sensor B61 (see figure 3.4).

4. Unscrew bolt 1 securing clamp 2 of air conditioning system pipe 3.
5. Unscrew the air conditioning system pipe 3 from the condenser 4.

6. Unscrew the air conditioning system pipe 3 from the receiver 6.
7. Unscrew bolt 7.
8. Loosen clamp 8 and remove receiver 6.
9. Disconnect cooling system pipes 9 and 10 from the thermostat.
10. Disconnect the cooling system hose 11 from the radiator 12.
11. Unscrew nut 13 of the clamp securing tube 14 of the steering gear from subframe 24.
12. Disconnect the fan connector A80m44.1 from the radiator 12 automatic transmission (see figure 3.5).

13. Remove the automatic transmission radiator 15 from the cooling system radiator 12.
14. Remove radiator 12 together with condenser 4.
15. Disconnect the automatic transmission radiator 12 from the engine.
16. Remove receiver 6 from the engine.
17. Disconnect the steering tubes 16, 17.
18. Unscrew the drive axle shaft mounting bolts 18 on both sides.
19. Unscrew bolt 19 securing the rear part of engine 20 to the automatic transmission.
20. Loosen nut 21 of rubber support 22.
21. Attach chain 23 to the engine and lift it from the subframe 24 (see figure 3.6).

Installation
22. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
