The maintenance work listed here, written in normal type, is detailed in this manual or is simple. The works highlighted in type can be done independently with some tolerance, or they require a special tool that is only available at the service station.
In addition to the prescribed maintenance work on time, there are a number of activities that must be carried out regularly so that serious malfunctions can be detected in a timely manner at the stage of their occurrence. These activities are also listed below.
1. Regularly check the following:
- Fluid in the windshield washer reservoir
- Windshield wiper and washer
- Engine oil level
- Coolant level and top up as needed
- Level in the hydraulic booster reservoir
- Tire pressure
- brakes
- brake fluid level
- Side light, low and high beam
- Rear lights and fog lights
- Stop and direction indicators
- emergency alarm
- Sound signal
2. Every 15,000 km (or annually) it is necessary to carry out (in addition to the above) the following works:
- Change engine oil
- Change oil filter
- Carry out lubrication
- Change the brake fluid yourself or have it done at a service station
- Clean the drains yourself or perform at the service station
3. Every 30,000 km (or every two years) it is necessary to carry out (in addition to the above) the following works:
- Check the toxicity of exhaust gases when the engine is idling
- Clean air filter
- Check the belt drive at the front of the engine
- Check the tightness and serviceability of the brake system
- Check the elements of the brake system from the bottom of the car for possible leaks
- Check front brake pad wear. If they are badly worn, also check the rear pads for wear. Clean the inside of the rims before installing the wheels
- Check the tightness and serviceability of the exhaust system
- Check and, if necessary, adjust the parking brake
- Check the brakes on the stand
- Check the condition of the suspension yourself or at the service station
- Check the steering yourself or at a service station
- Check tire condition. Rearrange wheels if necessary
- Check seat belts yourself or at a service station
- Check the serviceability of all control lamps and devices
- Check windshield wiper and washer
- Check the setting of the initial position of the brushes and their condition
- Tighten wheel bolts
- Check the density of the electrolyte in the battery (if it is needed) and top up with distilled water if necessary
- Check coolant level and antifreeze density, top up if necessary
- Inspect the engine and engine compartment for oil leaks, loose fasteners, connections, piping, etc.
- Add fluid to the washer reservoir
- Check clutch operation (possible malfunctions will most likely be known before work begins)
- Check the wear of the tie rod ends, the condition of the dirt covers and protective sleeves
- Check for oil leaks in the engine, gearbox, gearbox, steering, etc.
- Check the brake fluid level, especially if there is excessive wear on the front brake pads
- Check the fluid level in the power steering reservoir
- Check differential oil level
- Check oil level in manual transmission
- Change coolant

4. Every 60,000 km (or every four years) it is necessary to carry out (in addition to the above) the following works:
- Change the working fluid and filter in an automatic gearbox
- Replace fuel filter
- Check clutch wear yourself or at a service station
- Check the cardan shaft yourself or at a service station
