This system is installed on vehicles with a manual transmission. The solenoid on the injection pump at the right time minimizes the supply of fuel, thereby preventing «blows» when switching. The electromagnet is controlled from the control unit. Through the starter gear speed sensor block «recognizes» fluctuations in the number of revolutions with each individual revolution of the motor.
If errors occur in the electrical system, the control unit detects them and stores them in memory for diagnostics in a car workshop. The system is then optimized at a Mercedes-Benz workshop using a test connection. This is specifically designed to eliminate beats and hard shifting.
