1. Remove the shock absorber and front suspension spring.
2. Lock the discs of the inner eccentric bolt of the lower suspension arm relative to the cross member, then unscrew the nut and remove the discs and bolt.
3. Turn away a bolt of fastening of auxiliary draft to a body.
4. Turn away a bolt of fastening of a basic cup of a spring to the bottom suspension arm.
5. Fix position of auxiliary draft concerning the lower suspension arm, then turn away and remove a connecting bolt.
6. Remove the lower control arm from the cross member, swing it forward and remove the tie rod.
7. Carry out fault detection of auxiliary draft. With the help of a control (metallic) ruler, make sure that the rod is not bent.
8. To replace the hinge, first mark the position of the ball pin, then loosen the clamp bolt and unscrew the ball pin and hinge. Screw in the new hinge in the marked position - when installing a = 14.0 mm.
Installation is made in an order, the return to removal. In this case, do not finally tighten the nuts and bolts until the suspension is fully loaded with the weight of the car. Finally, check the alignment of the front wheels, in particular the caster angle, which is controlled by the auxiliary link.
