2. Loosen the upper ball joint nut and use a puller to separate the upper suspension arm from the steering knuckle. Move the knuckle to the side and secure it to the vehicle.
3. Unscrew the bolt securing the stabilizer to the upper suspension arm, noting the position of the washers and rubber bushings.
4. In the engine compartment, unscrew the nut and press out the inner pivot bolt, noting its position relative to the direction of travel.
5. Remove the upper suspension arm of the vehicle and inspect it.
6. If the rubber bushings are worn out, they can be replaced using a piece of metal pipe of the required length, a long bolt and gaskets.
7. To facilitate the installation of new bushings, it is recommended to soak them in soapy water.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Finally, check the front wheel alignment angles.
