1. Camshafts,
2. Lower timing belt cover,
3. Intermediate shaft pulley,
4. Crankshaft toothed pulley,
5, 8, 11, 12. Bolt,
6. Camshaft pulleys,
7. Upper chain,
9, 15. Guide lever,
10. Cylinder head,
13. Tension lever,
14. Cylinder block,
16. Lower chain.
2. Set camshafts 1 to their basic position.
3. Unscrew bolts 5 securing pulleys 6 of the camshafts.
4. Remove the 6 camshaft pulleys.
5. Mark the direction of rotation of the upper chain 7 and remove it.
6. Unscrew the bolts 8 securing the guide lever 9 and remove it.
7. Unscrew bolt 11 securing pulley 3 of the intermediate shaft.
8. Unscrew bolts 12 securing tension lever 13 and remove it. Unhook tension lever 13 by inserting a screwdriver into the hole.
9. Remove pulley 3 of the intermediate shaft.
10. Mark the direction of rotation of the lower chain. Remove the lower chain 16 with the guide lever 15. The guide lever 15 is removed without loosening the bolts.
Installation
11. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
