2. Set the gear shift lever to neutral position.
3. Check and adjust distance A (see figure 6.45). To adjust, loosen nuts 1 and 3 and turn adjusting nut 2 until the required distance A is set. It should be 146.5 - 148 mm.

4. Tighten nuts 1 and 3.
5. Check and adjust distance B. To adjust, loosen nuts 4 and 6 and turn adjusting nut 5 until the required distance B is set. It should be 170.5 - 172 mm.
6. Tighten nuts 4 and 6.
7. Check that all gears are engaged.
8. Install the ashtray.
