Removal



1. Remove the rear air duct.

2. Remove the ashtray.

3. Disconnect the gear shift cables 2 from the gearbox (see figure 6.46).

6. Rubber bushing,
7. Gear shift lever,
10. Accelerator pedal,
11. Instrument panel,
12. Air duct.


4. Disconnect gear shift cables 2 from transmission lever 8.

5. Remove the plate gaskets 9.

6. Press out the rubber bushings 6.

7. Remove gear shift cables 2 together with rubber bushings 6 forward through the engine compartment bulkhead.

Installation



8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Check the condition of the rubber bushings 6 and replace them if necessary.
