Removal
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Unscrew nut 1 securing wire 4 to starter M1 (see figure 5.72).

3. Unscrew nut 2 securing wire 4 to starter M1.

4. Remove wires 4 from the threaded pin of the starter.
5. Unscrew bolt 3 securing the starter M1 to the transmission and remove it.
Installation
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
