Gear selection mechanism on the steering column
3 - guide lever; 4 - gear selection switch; 5 - mounting screws; 6 - ball joint; 9 - cable; 10 - clamp; 14 - bracket; 15 - lock nut; 16 - ball joint; 18 - selector lever; 20 - ball tip
1. Loosen the two bolts securing the starter interlock switch.
2. Place the selector lever in the "N" position.
3. Insert a 4 mm diameter rod through the gear selector lever into the switch drive sleeve until it stops in the gearbox housing hole.

4. Tighten the starter interlock switch mounting bolts.
