Removal
1. Remove the crankshaft groove pulley 1 (see figure 3.24).

1. Groove pulley of the crankshaft,
2. Front oil seal,
3. Guide bushing,
4. Thrust sleeve.
2. Remove the front crankshaft oil seal 2. Be careful not to damage the oil seal hole in the crankshaft. Wipe the surface under the front oil seal 2.
Installation
3. Insert guide sleeve 3 into the crankshaft.
4. Install oil seal 2 into guide sleeve 3. Lubricate the oil seal with oil.

5. Press the oil seal in until it stops using the thrust sleeve 4.
6. Remove the thrust 4 and guide 3 bushings.
7. Install the crankshaft groove pulley 1.
Examination
8. Check for leaks.
