Removal
1. Remove the mass air flow sensor 1 (see figure 3.46).

2. Bolt,
3. Exhaust gas recirculation shut-off valve,
4. Bracket,
5. Exhaust gas recirculation valve,
6. Vacuum tube,
7. Wiring connector.
2. Unscrew bolts 2 securing the exhaust gas recirculation shut-off valve 3 to bracket 4 securing the exhaust gas recirculation valve 5.

3. Disconnect vacuum tubes 6 from exhaust gas recirculation shut-off valve 3.
4. Disconnect connector 7 from EGR shut-off valve 3.
5. Remove the EGR shut-off valve 3.
Installation
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
