4.1. Front brake caliper
Removal
1. Remove the brake pads.
2. Disconnect the brake pad wear indicator 5 (figure 7.8).
3. Disconnect bracket 3 from brake caliper 7.
4. Disconnect brake pipe 2 from brake caliper 7.
5. Remove the brake caliper 7.

Disassembly
6. Remove housing 3 (figure 7.9).
7. Remove plugs 1.
8. Remove covers 4 from body 3.
9. Remove guide bushings 6.
Assembly
10. Install guide bushings 6 using new bolts 5.
11. Install covers 4 into housing 3.
12. Install bridge 8 using new bolts 2.
13. Tighten the guide bushings 6 through the holes in the housing.
Installation
14. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Replace bolts 4 and 6.

4.2. Rear brake caliper
Removal
1. Disconnect the spring brake cylinder with bolt 7 (figure 7.10).
2. Lock lever 6 with locking pin 5.
3. Loosen and unscrew bolt 2.
4. Remove the brake pads.
5. Disconnect the brake pipe 10 from the bracket 18:.
6. Disconnect bracket 8 from brake caliper 11.
7. Remove the brake caliper 11.

Disassembly
8. Remove housing 3 and plugs 1 (figure 7.11).
9. Remove covers 4 from body 3.
10. Remove guide bushings 6.
Assembly
11. Install bushings 6 using new bolts 5. Install covers 4 into housing 3.
12. Install caliper 7 into housing 3.
13. Install bridge 8 of housing 3 using new bolts 2.
14. Tighten bushings 6 through holes in housing 3.
15. Install plugs 1.

Installation
16. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
