Removal
Removal the shoe of the single-row drive chain tensioning mechanism
1. Remove the drive chain cover.
2. Remove the camshaft sprocket.
3. Rotate the drive chain tensioner shoe and remove it from the pivot pin (see picture).
Examination
1. Check the condition of the drive chain tensioner shoe for excessive wear, damage or cracks and replace it if necessary.
Installation
1. Install the tensioner shoe onto the pivot pin.
2. Install the camshaft sprocket.
3. Install the drive chain cover.
