Removal
1. Unscrew the rear wheel caliper and hang it on a homemade wire hook to prevent the brake hose from interfering with traction.
Caution! Do not disconnect the brake hose, otherwise you will have to bleed the brake system.

2. Using a hexagon socket wrench, unscrew the mounting bolt (64) and remove the brake disc (62) from the rear axle shaft flange (68), (70) mounting pin.
Caution! The parking brake must be completely released. The firmly seated brake disc must be separated by light blows with a plastic hammer.
Installation
1. To ensure uniform braking on both sides, both brake discs must have the same ground surface and the same depth of microroughness on it. Check the thickness of the brake discs and their lateral runout.
2. If there is rust on the brake disc flange and rear axle shaft, remove it. Cover the rear axle shaft flange seat with a thin layer of high-temperature grease, such as Molykote-Paste "U", Molykote-Paste G Rapid, Liqui-Moly-Paste 36.
3. Clean the new brake disc from the protective varnish with nitro thinner. Alternatively, you can also clean and degrease the brake discs with a high-pressure steam jet.
4. If an old brake disc is being installed, clean and visually inspect the surface of the friction linings for the parking brake. Check the mobility of the parking brake shoe spacer lock.
5. So install the brake disc on the rear axle shaft flange so that the mounting pin enters the brake disc. Screw in the new mounting bolt and tighten to 10 Nm.
6. Install the caliper.
