Brake lines / hoses (Mercedes-Benz C-Class W202)

The brake lines, which connect the master cylinder to the four wheel brakes, use pipes in addition to high-pressure hoses.

Brake lines (pipes and hoses) check for cracks, aging and other defects. Replace damaged parts.

Caution! Brake hoses must not come into contact with oil or petroleum products, be coated with protective underbody grease or varnish. Brake lines must not be treated with a steel brush or sandpaper.
