Note: Pressing the brake pedal while turning the key to position 2 will unlock the gear selector lever.
Before starting the engine, it is recommended to set the gear selector to neutral (N) or park (P).

To unlock the gear shift lever in an automatic transmission, turn on the ignition and press the brake pedal.
Note: If the vehicle's electronics are faulty, you can remove the automatic transmission control lever lock manually.
