Removing
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Remove the lower protective shield 1, front bumper 2, upper cross beam 5, radiator grille 3 and front right headlight 4 together with the direction indicator (see fig.4.51).

3. Disconnect the compressed air supply pipe at the top 7 and bottom 8 from the turbocharger radiator 6.
4. Disconnect the M43.1 fan wiring connector from the retainer on the radiator.
5. Unscrew the safety bolt 10 (see fig.4.52).

6. Lift the cooling system radiator 9 together with the turbocharger radiator 6 and remove the support 12 and the rubber cushion 11c of the turbocharger radiator 6.
7. Remove the turbocharger radiator 6 from the rails (arrow) on the cooling system radiator.
8. Remove the turbocharger radiator fan.
Installation
9. Installation is made in an order, the return to removal. Lift the turbocharger radiator 6 up and insert it into the guides 8 (arrow) cooling system radiator. Check the correct connection of the compressed air pipes and, if necessary, replace them.
