Removal
1. Remove the inner ring 1, ring 2 and outer cone ring 3 of the 4th gear synchronizer (figure 4.73).
2. Remove synchronizer clutch 4.
3. Remove crackers 8 and springs 7.
4. Remove retaining ring 5.
5. Remove synchronizer hub 6.
6. Remove the outer cone ring 9, ring 10 and inner cone ring 11 of the 3rd gear synchronizer.
7. Remove ring 12.
8. Remove gear 13 of 3rd gear and needle bearing 14 from secondary shaft 15.

Installation
9. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
