Removal
1. Remove the air filter.
2. Remove the compressed air supply tubes.
3. Remove the ventilation tube 7 (figure 2.4).
4. Unscrew bolt 6 and nuts 4.
5. Remove the heat shield.
6. Disconnect oil line 12 from the turbocharger.
7. Loosen clamps 1 and remove corrugated tube 2 of exhaust gas recirculation.
8. Remove bracket 3 of the exhaust pipe.
9. Disconnect the exhaust manifold 10 from the turbocharger.
10. Loosen and unscrew nuts 11.
11. Move the turbocharger to the side and remove the exhaust manifold 10.
12. Remove gasket 8.
13. Check bolts 13 and replace them if necessary.
Installation
14. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
