Removing the radiator
Before installing the radiator, check it for leaks in a workshop. Dismantling the radiator on cars with automatic transmission is carried out at the service station, it is necessary to muffle the transmission cooling lines. If possible, it is advisable to fill in a new coolant, since the used fluid already contains sludge and metal chips, which can affect the normal operation of the electric fan.
Sequence of work
1. Disconnect the terminal «masses» from the battery.
2. Remove the crankcase protection.
3. Drain the coolant.
4. Disconnect the hose from the radiator after loosening and moving the clamp.
5. Remove the intake system cover.
