Removal the radiator
Before installing the radiator, check it for leaks in the workshop. Dismantle the radiator on cars with an automatic transmission at a service station, it is necessary to plug the transmission cooling lines. If possible, it is advisable to fill in new cooling liquid, since the used liquid already contains sludge and metal chips, which can affect the normal operation of the electric fan.
Sequence of works
1. Disconnect the ground terminal from the battery.
2. Remove the crankcase guard.
3. Drain the coolant.
4. Disconnect the hose from the radiator, having first loosened and moved the clamp aside.
5. Remove the intake manifold cover.
