Sequence of work
1. Unlock the steering column adjustment system and pull the steering wheel all the way forward.
Pic. 9.34. instrument cluster (1) can be removed from the dashboard (3) with two adapted hooks (2), for example from bicycle spokes. Don't forget to pull the steering wheel all the way out
2. On the left side, remove the bottom panel that covers the instrument cluster (pic. 9.34).
3. Press a combination of devices behind in a direction of a steering wheel.
Pic. 9.35. Incandescent lamps without sockets (arrow) installed in plastic cartridges, which are fixed to the instrument cluster on the so-called bayonet clips. To remove these small parts, it is better to use tweezers
4. You can take it out with two specially bent bicycle spokes. Carefully insert the needles from the top of the combination, slide from the side to the bottom corner and bring in the bent ends by turning 90°. If the hooks are caught in the instrument cluster, pull it out (pic. 9.35).
5. Lift the bracket on both male connectors and disconnect the connectors.
6. Carefully remove the combination from the side, being careful not to leave scratches on the upper surface of the instrument panel.
Instrument cluster malfunctions
If any of the instrument cluster indicators fail, you should first check the fuse box. There are special repair shops for checking and repairing devices.
