Removal



1. Remove the air intake tube of the air filter 1 (see figure 5.49).

1. Air intake tube,
2, 5, 7, 8, 9. Compressed air supply tubes,
3. Mixing chamber,
4. Intercooler,
6. Bolt,
10. Turbocharging,
11. Finger,
12. Clamp.


2. Remove the compressed air supply pipe 2 from the mixing chamber 3 and intercooler 4.

3. Unscrew bolts 6 securing the front compressed air supply tube 5 from the subframe..

4. Disconnect the lower compressed air supply tube 7 from tubes 8 and 9.

5. Disconnect the compressed air supply pipe 8 from the turbocharger 10.

6. Disconnect pipe 9 from intercooler 4.

7. Remove the radiator grille, upper cross member (not completely, just move it aside) and a directing air intake.

8. Remove pin 11 securing the front air supply pipe 5 to the radiator.

9. Remove the front air supply pipe 5.

Installation



10. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
